Recruitment Consultant (all levels) – market leading packages for the right individuals

The potential for new consultants to grow with the company is enormous and we can offer the tangible advantage to consultants joining us of dedicated resource support, a large database of candidates across many business areas and, very soon, our own bespoke vendor management system. The atmosphere in the company is friendly and informal yet very professional at the same time. We are currently seeking to hire a number of ambitious, driven and capable consultants in the following areas : IT, Project Management, Social Care, Secretarial / Administration, General Industrial, Accountancy / Finance, Sales/ Marketing, the Public Sector. You will need to provide evidence of the ability to sell as well as account manage during the course of your career and ideally, have a minimum of A-Level education. If you are looking to make a start in the industry, we are looking for individuals who have at least 1 year’s sales experience. Strong interpersonal skills are absolutely mandatory given the nature of our client base.

Business Support Assistants – Temp and Permanent

This is a varied and challenging role. You will be busy, so a hard-working and dedicated attitude towards work is essential. As you will be obtaining information from the internet, a reasonable degree of PC literacy required i.e. Word, Excel & Internet Explorer as a minimum. Typical computer related tasks would include searching for and contacting candidates through the company’s internal information systems and the Internet, updating the company databases, preparing hard copy and email based mail outs, sending out literature to our candidates, etc .

The role may involve other admin tasks as well such as stationery control, invoicing, payroll admin & support etc.

A good telephone manner and a desire to learn are essential. The ability to interpret written information efficiently is absolutely mandatory. Graduates or individuals studying for a degree / professional qualification preferred, although commitment to work and your personality are more important. Non Full training programme offered.
