Because of the way we assess candidates for their suitability to your vacancies, usually the maximum number of CVs we forward to you is 3. This obviously ensures you don't receive excessive numbers of ill-matched CVs, which can often be a problem.
We aim for a minimum interview to CV ratio of 50% in order to save you time.
