Sometimes a candidate will have a strong CV but when it comes to interview time their technical skills do not match up with what they have written on paper thereby wasting the interviewer's time. Qualserv are firmly committed to pre-screening candidates through the use of technical tests, to virtually eliminate the risk of this happening.
Qualserv Consulting can also offer clients full psychometric testing facilities through our alliance with corporate partners in this area as well.
In collaboration with your staff, our existing tests can be modified or new tests can be created for specific roles and skill sets.
Therefore Qualserv ensure that when we send you a candidate they will have not only be fully assessed skill-wise, but that our consultants will have read over their CV and, where logistically possible, met with the candidates to ensure we are sending you what we feel are very capable candidates.
